India Notice at Collection

This India-specific notice describes how Sai Reiki & Nature Healing (the “Centre”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal data for enquiries, bookings, and service administration under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We collect only what is reasonably necessary for these purposes. Services are holistic and complementary; they do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, phone numbers, email address
  • Booking details: selected service(s), preferred dates/times, location (if off-site), optional notes you choose to provide
  • Transaction data: payment confirmation IDs and status from payment processors (no full card numbers or CVV stored)
  • Optional wellness notes (voluntary): brief information you provide to help tailor a session (e.g., areas of discomfort, general wellness goals). Do not submit detailed medical records or highly sensitive data.

We do not intentionally collect: government ID numbers, precise financial account details, or extensive medical records. Please refrain from sending them.

Purposes of use

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage bookings and sessions
  • Communicate regarding services, changes, or support
  • Maintain records required for accounting, taxation, and compliance
  • Safeguard our rights, prevent fraud or security incidents
  • Send optional informational or service-related updates with consent where required

Disclosures

Personal data may be shared with:

  • Service providers (hosting, email, payment processing, scheduling) bound by contractual safeguards
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) as needed
  • Government or law enforcement requests where legally mandated

We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

Retention

Booking and transaction records are retained only as long as needed for service fulfillment, lawful record-keeping, grievance resolution, or compliance obligations, then securely deleted or de-identified. Optional wellness notes are normally deleted shortly after session completion unless law requires longer retention.

Your rights (India)

Subject to applicable law, you may request: access, correction, updating, erasure, withdrawal of consent (for any processing based on consent), and grievance submission. International transfers

If personal data is transferred or accessed outside India (e.g., by cloud hosting or email service providers), we implement reasonable technical and contractual safeguards to protect it.

Children

Services are intended for adults. If you believe a child’s data was provided without appropriate authorization, contact us for prompt review.
