Sai Nature Healing (the “Centre”, “we”, “us”, “our”) offers alternative, complementary, and holistic wellness sessions and related intuitive services. By purchasing, booking, or using any service, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

Services: All naturopathic & detox therapies, manual & physical therapies, mind-body & yogic practices, energy & spiritual healing, intuitive & divinatory offerings, consultations, workshops, products, and communications provided by us.
Bookings: Any scheduled appointment (in-person, remote, or otherwise).
Content: Any material we publish or you share with us.

2. Nature of Services / No Medical Advice

Our Services are non-medical, drugless, complementary modalities. They do NOT diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and are NOT a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, physiotherapy, or other regulated care. Always seek qualified medical advice for any condition. Results vary; no outcome is promised.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 or have verifiable parental/guardian consent. You affirm you are not relying on the Services for emergency or critical care.

4. Bookings, Payment, Cancellations

Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking. Missed or late cancellations (unless otherwise stated) may be charged in full. We may refuse or reschedule any booking at our discretion. Amounts paid are generally non‑refundable once a session begins. Prepaid packages expire as stated at purchase.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate health history and promptly updating changes.
• Using Services prudently and stopping any practice that causes discomfort.
• Consulting licensed health professionals regarding medications or ongoing treatments.
• Ensuring any recommendations (diet, movement, energetic practices, intuitive guidance) are safe for your situation.

6. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily participate, acknowledging inherent risks in physical, energetic, detox, and intuitive modalities (including but not limited to transient discomfort, emotional release, fatigue, skin reactions, dizziness). You assume full responsibility for all consequences.

7. No Guarantees / Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, suitability, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, or expected results. We do not guarantee: relief, transformation, healing, insight accuracy, divinatory precision, future predictions, financial outcomes, or any specific physical / mental change.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, aggravated, or enhanced damages; personal injury; emotional distress; lost income; lost data; business interruption; reputational harm; or decision outcomes arising from or related to your purchase, booking, attendance, reliance on, or inability to use any Service.
• If liability cannot be fully excluded, our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the lesser of (a) total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 1,000. You agree no claim shall be brought after one (1) year from the event giving rise to it.

9. Indemnification

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Centre, its practitioners, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any claim, demand, action, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of Services; (b) breach of these Terms; (c) reliance on intuitive, energetic, or lifestyle suggestions; (d) violation of law or third‑party rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All original text, graphics, logos, session frameworks, protocols, manuals, handouts, recordings, and other materials are our property or licensed. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license for private use only. No reproduction, redistribution, training use, commercial exploitation, or derivative creation without prior written consent.

11. Client Content / Privacy

Information you share is used to deliver Services and manage bookings. We apply reasonable administrative and organizational measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. Electronic transmission may involve third-party systems. You consent to necessary processing and storage in India. Do not send highly sensitive or regulated medical data.

12. Third-Party Links / Tools

External resources (websites, products, apps, divination tools) are provided for convenience “as is”. We do not endorse or control them and assume no liability for their content, accuracy, availability, or effects.

13. Service Modification / Availability

We may change, suspend, substitute, or discontinue any Service, schedule, modality, practitioner, duration, or pricing without liability. Not all listed therapies may be available at all times.

14. Testimonials & Illustrative Descriptions

Service descriptions and any testimonials are illustrative; they do not guarantee replication. Individual experiences differ.

15. Health Emergencies

We do not handle emergencies. Call local emergency services or consult a licensed physician for urgent concerns.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control (including epidemics, governmental restrictions, power failure, natural disasters).

17. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.

18. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not waive it.

19. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign or transfer without notice.

20. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction (subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws). You waive objections to venue.

21. Updates

We may revise Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated date appears at top.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement concerning the Services and supersede prior understandings.
